ABOUT

This application utilizes an independently owned and maintained database of campsites and recreational vehicle parks in the U.S. It provides mobile access to an extensive listing of camping facilities of interest to recreational travelers on the road or at home. Upon launching the application, all listed facilities within the vicinity of the user will appear in Map View and List View. The listings appear in ascending order of distance from search location, and include the campground name, physical address, phone number (with auto-connect), web address (with auto-connect), and link to Google Maps for driving directions.

FEATURES

- Auto detects current location (option to search remote location by street address or zip code)

- Auto searches within a radius of 100 miles.

- Results are first displayed in Map View (option for List View with scrollable pages)

- Listings include phone numbers with auto-connect

- Listings include web addresses (when available) with auto-connect

- Listings include link to Google Maps for driving directions to the listing of your choice

- Favorites function for storing favorite campgrounds

- Feedback function allows users to easily help us update the database

- Database is not intended to include residential trailer parks
